INTRODUCTION

In the year 2017, cryptocurrency saw its largest year yet. With over $250,000,000,000 invested in various tokens, there are millions of new people flocking to buy tokens and coins each day. Many of these people are purchasing a cryptocurrency for the first time ever. These people don’t know anything about the technology behind it or the dangers of scams, they want a piece of the action that has made so many people money.

Adoption rates of cryptocurrencies around the world are increasing at an astronomical rate. Soon the total market cap of all cryptos could be close to that of gold. This figure seemed distant 5 years ago, however now it is closer than ever before.

The Alpha platform will teach a wide range of lessons to newcomers, and will reward each lesson completed with some Alpha tokens. Users can do what they want with the tokens after they’ve earned them. Incentivized learning is the future, and we are putting it into practice in the early days of cryptocurrency!

Overview

The Alpha platform is designed to teach new users a variety of lessons and reward them for completion. Rewards will be issued in the form of Alpha tokens.

Users will begin their journey with the Alpha platform by signing up with an account. This account will be where they complete their courses from. Each computer will be limited to 1 account due to potential manipulation of the earning algorithms. If there are numerous people who share a device, they will be able to retake the lessons but will not be able to earn cryptocurrency on the second run through.

After an account is created, users will then proceed to familiarize themselves with the dashboard and the features on the site.

Once ready they will be presented with a list of lessons to choose from. Each lesson will teach something different and useful for their journey with cryptocurrency.

Platform Vision

The fundamental knowledge that we want to instill upon students are as follows.

ALPHA TOKEN

Alpha is an ERC20 token built on the ethereum network. The ethereum network was chosen due to its integration with smart contracts. Smart contracts allow us to set rewards for each lesson offered and have the conditions met before an allocation of the tokens.

There is a total supply of 420,000,000 tokens available. Each token has 18 decimal places to it.

The Alpha token has a number of usages. The first being it functions as a standard cryptocurrency. It can be exchanges on compatible exchanges as other erc20 tokens can be, and it can be used on stores that accept it as a form of payment.

ALPHA will also be the reward for completing lessons on the Alpha platform.

Advanced users will be required to use ALPHA to pay for advanced lessons. Specialized services on the platform such as c source code review etc, will also be transacted using ALPHA.
